Staff at First Base bring a huge variety of experiences to the service. We have run nurseries, worked in Psychology Services, been mainstream Classroom Teachers and Teaching Assistants, and spent much time bringing up our own children. Some of us have been many years working in Suffolk, and others bring experience of working in other local authorities, including Birmingham, Norfolk, Somerset, Staffordshire, and London boroughs including Greenwich and Tower Hamlets.
